Challenge
Lush left social media in 2021. This has made it harder to reach their target demographic, women ages 18-45, and is contributing to a projected $12 million loss in sales.
At the same time, Gen Z is experiencing trends around nostalgia and analog living. This creates an opportunity for LUSH to reconnect with this audience through non-digital shareable experiences.
