Hi! I’m Julia.

I’m an experiential designer who loves to get creative across disciplines.

Currently, I’m a Design Researcher & Animator at the Penn Animation as Research Lab, where I make climate reports into informative animated videos.

I graduated from UPenn in 2025 with a BA in Design and minors in Mechanical Engineering, Consumer Psychology, and Fine Arts.  After graduating, I spent a year as a Design & Production Associate at Pseudonym Productions, working on an unannounced immersive venue.

Outside of work, you can find me exploring NYC with friends, playing Minecraft, or taking care of my goldfish, Swimmy.  Say hello at juliagerbino@gmail.com :)
